Chase City, Virginia

Incorporated in 1873, Chase City is located in Mecklenburg County, midway between the Roanoke Valley and the shipping centers of the Tidewater area.  With a current population of about 3,000, Chase City is home to a world-class museum and gardens, with working farms nestled along the town lines.  The warmth and friendliness of its residents are unsurpassed.  Drive down any street and folks will wave to you, whether they know you or not.  Chase City is my home town.  If you can't visit in person, check back here often for more images of this special place.
